The Planning Commission signed off Aug. 27 on a building at 1532 Mt. Diablo Blvd. with 104 apartments, 14 of them rent-restricted, and shops at street level.
Walnut Creek's Planning Commission approved an eight-story building with 104 apartments at 1532 Mt. Diablo Blvd. on Aug. 27. The vote was unanimous, the city said.
